4.
We prepare an implementation plan for the selected solution, embed it in your existing processes and monitor its success.

FIRST POLICY JAM IN SLOVENIA

How might the new long-term care policy work in practice?

“In times of rapid change and complex societal challenges, we need different, more innovative methods of work, and above all more cooperation and collaboration of different stakeholders to improve the quality of citizens’ life. With user-oriented public services we can provide a quality experience for all. Our first test of the service design approach for public services was done by organising a Policy Jam focusing on long-term care in Slovenia.”

Timotej Šooš, initiator of the project

Who we are

Since 2014, we have been the first and only organisation in Slovenia exclusively focused on designing holistic customer experiences and services in the public sector.

We believe that the public sector plays a key role in the quality of life of people and society. We design experiences with public services and processes that support them. During our collaborative processes, we empower individual teams to continue working independently even after our cooperation ends.

We have also been educating stakeholders in the public sector in the field of design thinking, service design, and facilitating co-creative processes for more than 10 years.

We are proud to be the initiators of Ljubljana Service Jams, among the pioneers of Service Design in Slovenia, and to have conducted the first Policy Jam for co-creating policies in Slovenia.

We’re proud to have contributed to This Is Service Design Doing book.
