We really only use your email and contact information to send you an occasional Newsletter and invite you to join a service design training or event we run for the general public from time to time.

Servis 8 collects and processes certain personal data about visitors to its website and certain information about people who subscribe to our e-news or leave their contacts information when downloading any of our manuals or similar content.
We use Google Analytics to collect information about which pages you visit on our website, how often, how long you stay there, and the like. Based on this data we can see how many visitors visit our website, which parts of the website they are most interested and whether they have any problems visiting.
From users who subscribe to our newsletter, we collect information about their email address and data on name and surname.
We also collect data on users who read our Newsletters and, if they click on them and visit our website, which visits they make on it. Data on website visitors are anonymized immediately after capture and are then stored only in aggregate form, other than remarketing data, which Google retains until you request termination of their collection, at https://adssettings.google.com/u/0/authenticated.
Email information contacts are kept until they unsubscribe from the email list, after which they are deleted within 1 month.
The user has the right to request in writing to unsubscribe from notifications to his e-mail at any time or you can unsubscribe by clicking on the appropriate link in each individual e-news.
We do not provide all the above data to external users. As for the performance of the analytics and remarketing, we process with the help of Google (Google Analytics and AdWords), which in certain cases, it may constitute a transfer of personal data to a controller from the United States.
